Insurance:

Registered Counselling Therapists (RCT) are registered through the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT),  it is a governing body established by the provincial government to regulate the practice of Counselling Therapy in the province.

Most Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) will fully cover the cost of short term counselling. Check with your insurance company to confirm they cover RCT's prior to booking an appointment.
